On the one hand, it's not unusual for me to (once again) help hype cartoonist JT Waldman. Especially not when it's so close to Purim (what with his having adapted Megillat Esther into a graphic novel titled Megillat Esther). And especially now that he's actually taken the time and trouble to get his own official website (wonder what took him so long).
What may seem odd is that I'm promoting a Purim event in the days before Purim when I've managed to let Hanukkah pass by with nary a mention of the fine comic strips and comic book stories of 2009. All I can write in response is that "they're in the queue and I will try to get to the Hanukkah stuff as soon as I can". Yes, I am serious.
Getting back to JT and an explanation of the subject heading, though.
